It has been one and a half years into my role as Chair of the Fremont County Democrats. I am still doing firsts. Every time the next thing happens it’s a whole new learning curve. I have appreciated having volunteers that have been around the block a time or two. I have managed to keep a few good people in spite of our challenges of limited time to do our volunteering. Together we are still having fun and achieving our goals. We have made it through the Precinct Caucus and the County Assembly. Next up is our State Assembly. We will be there with our delegates and alternates representing Fremont County Precincts proudly. My thanks to all who have participated and helped me learn the system.
Our job is not done. We have our Election in November to prepare for. We will be working hard in our “Get out the Vote” efforts. Getting more democrats registered in Fremont County and getting all of our registered Democrats to get their ballots in. We have a goal, to increase our Democratic Vote in Fremont County by at least 10% for this off year election.
